Charles Perrault, elected to French Academy in 1671, is a great writer of his century. His most famous work resides in the Tales of Ma Mère l’Oye (Mother Goose), sets of themes inspired by medieval imagination, ancestral legends, chivalrous and courteous, Charles Perrault awards tales with his words, and influences the collective unconsciousness and equips his stories with an impossible to circumvent moralities.
