Son and brother of wine growers, he is a wine passionate for more than 25 years.
Enthusiastic defender of the man kind and the ground on which we live , he regularly hold conferences about vine, wines and life. He originated the recognition of organic wines in the fine wines world.
In 1998, he writes 2 books about wines.
This same year, he creates a research group with highly specialized wine growers and researchers to go into vine and wine fermentation pathology knowledge in depth.
In 2000, he is consulted about OIV (International Vine and Wine Office) reforms.
He is member of the Journées nationales du livre et du vin (Books and wines National Days) jury, he wrote many article in the press and took part in many TV or radio programs.
He is speaker at the Ecole du vin et des terroirs (Wines and Soil School) of Puligny Montrachet, where he learns to each one how to recognize his own taste.
In 2008, he leaves the Galeries Lafayette to create his own consultancy agency which intercedes from production to drink.
